2021年4月11日下午，在安徽大學化學化工學院舉辦了安徽大學-河北興柏藥業集團校企合作及兼職碩導聘任儀式。

出席此次儀式的有河北興柏農業科技有限公司總經理劉進峰、河北興柏農業科技有限公司國際貿易事業部總經理王勝利、安徽大學副校長錢家盛、安徽大學長江學者特聘教授朱滿洲 、安徽大學化工學院黨委副書記夏林童、安徽大學化工學院副院長孟祥明及安徽大學化工學院有機專業碩士研究生和博士生。

錢校長對興柏集團劉總和王總的到來表示熱烈歡迎，介紹了安徽大學的歷史，規模，學科設置，畢業生數量和就業等情況。安徽大學聘請劉進峰總經理為安徽大學碩士研究生導師，錢校長親自頒發聘書。

劉進峰總經理給同學們做了精彩演講，和學生們在歡快的氣氛中進行了交流，劉總熱情洋溢，高瞻遠矚的演講獲得了老師和同學們一致好評。

人才培養對于企業發展起到關鍵性作用，校企合作是為企業為社會和學校搭建了一個良好的平臺，為科研成果轉化為生產力創造了條件，這也符合社會潮流和企業的需求。企業參與是校企合作的必由之路，也是教育持續發展的堅實依托。

本次簽約儀式的成功舉行，為校企雙方進一步開展多層次多形式多領域的合作，實現了校企資源的有機結合和優化資源配置，為共同培養社會發展需求的人才提供了新的途徑，為產學研結合，為學生進一步發展以及就業和創業開辟了新的途徑。

Anhui University - Xingbai Group

School-enterprise cooperation and Appointment Ceremony 

of  Part-time Master Tutor

In the afternoon of April 11, 2021, school-enterprise cooperation and part-time master appointment ceremony between Anhui University and Xingbai Group was held in the School of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering of Anhui University.

The ceremony was attended by Liu Jinfeng, General Manager of Hebei Xingbai Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., Wang Shengli, General Manager of the International Trade Department of Hebei Xingbai Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., Qian Jiasheng, Vice President of Anhui University, and Zhu Manzhou, Distinguished Professor of Changjiang Scholars of Anhui University ，Xia Lintong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Chemical Engineering, Anhui University，Meng Xiangming, Deputy Dean of School of Chemical Engineering, Anhui University and master and doctoral students of Organic Chemistry, School of Chemical Engineering, Anhui University.

President Qian extended a hearty welcome to GM Liu and Wang of Xingbai Group and introduced the history, scale, discipline settings, number of graduates and employment of Anhui University. Mr. Liu Jinfeng, General Manager of Xingbai Group, was appointed as the Master's Degree Tutor of Anhui University and President Qian personally issued the appointment letter.

General Manager Liu gave a wonderful speech to the students and communicated with them in a cheerful atmosphere. Liu's enthusiastic and far-sighted speech was well received by the teachers and students.

Talent training plays a key role in the development of enterprises.  school-enterprise cooperation is a good platform for enterprises, society and schools,creating conditions for the transformation of scientific research results into productivity, which is also in line with social trends and the needs of enterprises. The participation of enterprises is the way to school-enterprise cooperation and a solid support for the sustainable development of education.

The success of the signing ceremony opened a new way for the two sides to further develop multi-level, multi-form and multi-discipline cooperation, realize the organic combination of school-enterprise resources and optimize resource allocation, provide a new way to jointly cultivate talents for social development needs, and open a new way for the Industry-University-Research Collaboration, comprehensive development of students as well as employment and entrepreneurship.
